Chattanooga, TN - The Mayor's Mansion Inn, located near
the base of Lookout Mountain, offers eleven beautiful rooms that appeal
to a variety of tastes. From French provincial décor to a 300-gallon
soaking tub, the Mayor's Mansion Inn offers a variety of rooms, all with
private baths, ready to comfort you and take you to
a more peaceful place.
Cancellation Policy:
We are a small Inn and, as such, we are greatly affected by cancellations regardless of the reason. Our 10 day cancellation policy is as follows:

If a reservation is cancelled 10 days or more prior to arrival, a $25 processing fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

If a reservation is cancelled within the 10 days of arrival, guests will be responsible for all charges. If we are able to re-rent your room, only a $25 processing fee will be charged.

If you do not arrive, or arrive after the check-in date, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.

If you depart before the final date of a reservation, you will be charged the full amount of your reserved stay.

We like to make a great first impression! We have only a few hours between check-out and check-in to ensure the Mansion is ready for your stay:

Check-in begins at 4:00pm Eastern.

If you have a medical or travel limited reason to check-in early please contact the General Manager (423-265-5000) at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date.

Payment for your reserved stay is made upon arrival. Charges incurred during your visit will be settled in full prior to your departure.
The Inn accepts, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit or debit cards, as well as Mayor's Mansion Inn gift certificates.
